Clean CSVs without touching a formula.

Stop hand-fixing messy exports in Excel before every import.

Drag in a CSV, run one cleaning pipeline, preview exactly what changed, and download a file your CRM won't reject. No Python, no OpenRefine, no VLOOKUP gymnastics.

No spam. One email when early access opens.

Sound familiar?

The 45-minute pre-import ritual

Every export means the same slog: dedupe rows, trim stray spaces, fix inconsistent dates and phone formats. You do it by hand, every time, before anything can go into the CRM.

One bad row breaks the whole import

A weird encoding character, an empty column, or a phone number in three formats — and your CRM or email tool rejects the batch. Then you hunt for the offending cell manually.

The 'just learn a script' advice doesn't help you

You're in ops, marketing, or e-commerce — not engineering. Telling you to write Python or master OpenRefine for a weekly chore isn't a solution, it's a second job.

What TidyRows does

One fixed pipeline, run in seconds

Dedupe, trim whitespace, normalize case, standardize dates and phone numbers, and strip empty rows and columns — all in a single pass, no configuration required to start.

See the diff before you commit

Preview exactly which rows were removed and which cells changed, side by side, before you download. No blind edits, no surprises when you import.

Save recipes for repeat exports

Clean the same weekly export the same way every time. Save your steps once, apply them with one click when the next messy file lands.

Questions

Is my data uploaded to a server?

We're building the cleaning pipeline to run in your browser wherever possible, so your file doesn't leave your machine. We'll spell out exactly how data is handled before launch — no vague promises.

What formats does it handle?

CSV to start, with spreadsheet exports from Excel and Google Sheets in mind. We're targeting the common breakers: mixed date formats, phone/currency inconsistencies, encoding issues, and stray whitespace.

When does it launch and what does the waitlist get me?

It's in active development and launching soon. This is a waitlist — join now and you'll get early access plus locked-in early-access pricing below the rates shown above.
